- What does a credit pay for? +
- Each tool has a fixed credit cost: Grader 20 credits per marked answer, Mechanism Explainer 50, Concept Q&A 10, Pathway Explainer 15 and a Paper Helper summary 15. Tools that write longer answers cost more to run, so they use more credits. Generating a Grader question and Paper Helper's Find are free.
- What happens if I run out of credits? +
- The AI tools pause until your credits refill on your renewal date. You can still use your account, generate Grader questions and search with Paper Helper's Find. If you need more before then, upgrade from your billing page: you're charged the prorated difference today, and the larger allowance applies straight away.
- Can I cancel any time? +
- Yes. Cancel any time from your account billing page. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing month, then it lapses — no further charges. Your account stays open and you can resubscribe whenever.
- Do you offer student discounts or refunds? +
- Plans start at $5.99/month, which is already deliberately low for a student budget. We don't offer further student discounts at launch. For refunds, get in touch within 7 days of a charge if you weren't able to use the service — we'll work it out.
- Which plan is right for me? +
- Starter (200 credits) suits light, focused study: about 10 graded answers or 4 mechanisms a month. Standard (1,000 credits) gives you room for regular revision: about 50 graded answers, 20 mechanisms or 100 Q&A questions. Pro (1,700 credits) is for exam season and heavy daily use: about 85 graded answers or 34 mechanisms a month.
- Are payments secure? +
- Yes. All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Atomly never sees or stores your card details. We only store an opaque Lemon Squeezy customer ID linked to your account.
